We are very excited to announce that our Taste of Cultures event is back! We would love you to join us this year for another exciting evening of celebrating Wellington’s wonderful mix of cultures.
When? Thursday 30 July 2020 at 6.30pm.
Where? Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
What? Taste of Cultures is a celebration of Wellington's cultural diversity through food, music, dance and voices from our former refugee communities. The food provided on the evening is inspired by former refugee cooks who have collaborated with the chefs at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa to create the menu for the evening.
We are very grateful that the team at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa has opened up Te Marae event space for us. This year, guests will enjoy a private viewing of their exhibition 'Stories from refugees in New Zealand' before dinner.
How? Tickets are $120 per person or $900 for a table of nine guests. You can purchase your ticket or table easily on our website.
Please get in touch if you would like to be invoiced for your table of guests. Space is limited, so please book quickly to avoid disappointment. There is an option to pay now and enter the guests' details later.
