Juliana – “I've worked at quite a few co worker spaces across Europe and this is by far the best space I have worked at now. The management and staff are very friendly and provide everything you need. The sites are also in excellent locations to the best eateries and cafe's Wellington has to offer.”

CM – “An excellent modern office space: well thought out, nice height-adjustable desks, plenty of meeting rooms, a high standard of cleanliness, and a great kitchen space. Accessible any time of the day, which is a very nice perk for those of us that operate internationally. Lucy, the main operator of the Wellington offices, is super friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect too.”

Digital Nomad currently has eleven Wellington Central locations from the PWC building on Waterloo Quay to Clyde Quay Wharf Apartment Building.

Their flagship office is 3 Eva Street, where they also have our Eva’s Garage function space which is available to the General Public upon request, but Digital Nomad is really set up to service the members who have exclusive use of all meeting rooms across all of their sites (subject to availability of course).

As a membership-based, shared space, dedicated desks, and private office provider, they do not offer hotdesking or rental of their meeting rooms to the public. Any bookings are made by our membership or by an introduction from a member. They allow members unlimited meeting room use subject to availability across all sites, which is included in our all-inclusive licence fee.

All the office spaces are boutique (no more than 60 desks at any site), with an average of 30-40 desks at most offices; thus, they favour site security and the comfort of members over ad hoc usage.

They do not offer a receptionist service as they supply the office infrastructure and allow our member teams to be autonomous within the space. Digital Nomad provision their sites twice a week and ensure all sites are always operational.

They supply everything required to work on-site and advise members they only need to bring what they require to work i.e., laptop, dock, keyboard, and mouse as required.

Appointments are required to view the Digital Nomad spaces, and they can supply a desk or office immediately if required for a minimum period of a month. Members can choose to be on a month-by-month contract or a fixed-term contract basis (which provides a discount for any term over six months) and of course, security of tenure.

Digital Nomad members can also move to another site easily if space is available, as the price is all-inclusive and the same across all sites.

Members have 24/7 access to their “home” site and business hours access to use the meeting rooms at other sites, and desks are available at other sites upon request.

They do not charge members for ad hoc use by visiting colleagues as that is all part of our service.

Hopefully, the above provides an insight into how one of Wellington’s most sort after co-working spaces operate.

Digital Nomad’s service is designed to be seamless, simple, and stylish. Members enjoy the ability to scale their numbers up or down according to their business needs.
